Working in a school

In my line of work I get to do lots of things. As I am now working in first grade with lots of six-year-olds. They are just so little. Little human beings. Hardly any of them read at all and some know how to write their own name. Most of all, not all of them know how to behave and be proper. I've learnt these last two weeks that I can be strickt and hard. I hate being that person. That person that yells at someone aka the kids. I hate being angry and yell at people. But that is the only way those little people learn. Unfortunatly.
