A trip to the mountains

Last weekend Line, Paddy, Benedicte and I went to Eggedal aka The Mountains. It was a fun and kozy weekend.
It started last friday with Benedicte pickin me up at my house. See she had said beforehand that I have to pack small. I feel I had packed small, all I needed, but when I saw "Lille Opel" I understood what she ment. Little Opel has the smalest trunck I have ever seen. It was almost full and we were gonna pick up Line and Paddy with their bags AND skis! We went food-shopping while waiting and got some spagetti at Lines before we packed the car. We actually managed to put one huge bag, for both Line and Paddy, two smaller bags, one for Benedicte and one for me, two pair of skies and all the food we'd bought, in the car, as well as ourselvs! We were pritty proud..
Benedicte drove and three an a half hour later we went into Benedicte's winter house in the mountains. We had a bottle of wine, Line and I made wok and we talked until bedtime.
On the saturday we made Paddy go skiing. His first time ever to go skiing. Unfortunatly there were a lot of hills in the beginning witch resolted in a lot of falls, from both Paddy's and mine. And not a very enthusiastic Paddy, but as we were skiin straight forward Paddy mangaged the art of skiing better and at the end he walked for two hours and had lots of fun!
Me, I personally hate skiing. I walked maybe an hour, an hour and a half, tops.. I went back to the cabin, had a shower and started waiting for the others to get back. We had a bonfire outside the house and ate susages burnt on the bonfire;)
We sat a while out in the snow, but as the bonfire meltes the snow and the snow killed the bonfire, we went inside, opened a bollte of wine and just talked.
Benedicte and Paddy made taco that evening, so we opened an other bottle of wine as we ate and enjoyed the food. Later on we decided to play "Fantasy". Paddy was too sleepy from the long day he'd had and the wine, so Line, Benedicte and I played. It was so much fun from all the miming and drawings, we just had a big laugh with the whole game.
After that we sat up for an other coulpe of house havin girl-chat.
Sunday we decided to just go sliding. Benedicte had two snowracers, so we raced eachother two and two until I was too wet and cold from the snow!
Made left overs for lunch, a big omelett with chicken and beef, onion, cheese and eggs. At least that's wat I remember was put in it:) We also had breadrolls, lettuce and different spreads.
We cleaned the house and left it, heading back to sivilasation, but all agreeing that the weekend was a good one.
