In Sydney!!

I'm finally in Sydney and feeling good. After the long flight I had, I was really looking forward to getting a shower and getting my suitcase, but of course my suitcase wasn't there..!! They didn't even know where it was! After a while I got 100 dollars to buy things I needed until my suitcase arrived. I found a shuttle bus which cost me 60 dollars to get to the University. It took more than an hour and I got to the accommadation centre at the University and I asked if there was any flats for me to move in to. They didn't have any at the moment, but if I could come back at three, there might be something. I finally got to the hotel I booked for the weekend. Nice to get to a bed after so many hours on a plane. But I wanted some food, so I went to the Macquarie Shopping Centre to buy some food. It rained all day, so I bought a blue umbrella, which I now have used a lot since it's been raining all weekend almost non-stop.
I went from Norway with 10 minus and snow to Australia with 20 plus and rain!
I got a little lost, but evetually I found back to the accommadation centre at three, and they told me they had a place for me!

I had a wonderful Vantentine's Day, even though I was jet-laged. So we spent the morning in the hotel room. Then we went to the shopping centre and got some stuff for my flat and tickets for Twilight, whiched Dion and I went to at nine, after I showed him the flat and we had some asian food:)

Sunday we checked out of the hotel and went to the flat before getting breakfast at the centre and shopping more stuff for me and the apartment, including a brand new laptop!! I don't have internet in the apartement yet, but I'm working on it. So until then I just have internet cafes!

Today is orientation week and I can't wait to get started with everything! I'll let you know, when I know more!
